About Me

Hello.

I have always enjoyed developing software. I have started at home with a Commodore 64, copying Basic programs from the manual and trying to have yellow balls moving around the tiny screen.

As years passed, I stopped copying programs and started writing my own. I went through Turbo Pascal, C, C++, x86 Assembly, Java, PHP, ASP and more.

I currently develop software using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript and jQuery.

Companies I worked for include Lionbridge Technologies, Microsoft Ireland, Vivendi Universal Games, Keywords International, Xerox Corporation, Strenafoods Ltd and Mediprom.

I hold a BSc. Honours Degree in Information Technology from the Dublin Institute of Technology, and MSc. in Computing from the Dublin Institute of Technology.

I enjoy spending my free time with my wife Ania, and with my dearest friends.

Joel On Software Joel On Software, by Joel Spolsky, is a pleasant read extracted from the author's blog. It's the kind of book that makes you smile or laugh while reading it, while transmitting useful information on software development and management matters in general.
JavaScript: The Definitive Guide JavaScript: The Definitive Guide, by David Flanegan, is the book that made JavaScript easier for me.
